This workflow is a module in my professional toolset to retexturize old blurry photos. The texture and details are much better than SUPIR while still very fast. Increase Likeliness Level to keep original photo's features. [Recommend: 0.6] Add more blur if the original photo has many JPG artifacts and noises. [Recommend: 1.0~4.0] For badly damaged photo I recommend running 1st with high Likeliness Level and rerun the result in lower level to get the best features.
