Smooth DMD2 InstantID faceswap
Smooth DMD2 InstantID Faceswap Hi there! This workflow performs an InstantID faceswap using the speed and realism of the DMD2 LCM checkpoint. It aims to retain the original image composition — including face orientation, lighting, interactions, and overall scene integrity — while delivering a realistic render with low compute requirements. Important Notes: The faceswap works best with SDXL or higher resolutions. That’s why a resizer is included in the workflow. If your input image is already larger than SDXL dimensions, you can safely bypass the resizer. Low-resolution inputs may result in subpar quality. You can include light prompt guidance for features like eye color, skin texture, makeup, or expression. However, less is often more — minimal prompting typically yields the best results. DMD2 LCM checkpoints running at CFG scale 1.00 do not support negative prompts. Any negative prompts will be ignored.
