Nordy Community Guidelines

Nordy is a space where anyone can freely create and share AI-generated content. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all creators.

By publishing content on Nordy, you agree to these guidelines. These guidelines form part of the Nordy Terms of Service; matters not specified herein follow the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

1. Core Principles

We welcome creative works of all styles, subjects, and forms of expression. We encourage artistic exploration and experimentation.

🤝 We Respect Each Other

Please respect other creators’ works and opinions. Constructive feedback is welcome, but harassment or bullying is not tolerated.

🛡️ We Build a Safe Space Together

Join us in protecting our community from illegal or harmful content.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Nordy. Violations will result in content removal and account sanctions.

🚫 Child Safety Violations

Any content that sexually depicts or exploits children or minors (including photorealistic images, illustrations, and AI-generated content)
Content that endangers children or promotes child abuse

For such content, the account will be suspended immediately without prior notice upon generation, posting, or attempt, and the Company may preserve the content and related information as evidence and report to investigative or other authorities in accordance with applicable laws. (Terms of Service Article 8)

🚫 Non-Consensual Sexual Content

Sexual images created or distributed without consent (revenge pornography)
Deepfakes that sexually depict real individuals without consent
Secretly captured images

🚫 Violence and Dangerous Content

Depictions of real violence, torture, or murder
Terrorism or extremist propaganda
Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
Content that provides specific instructions for criminal activities

🚫 Hate and Discrimination

Content that demeans or incites violence against specific groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

🚫 Privacy Violations

Content containing others’ personal information such as ID documents, contact details, or addresses
Content that doxxes or stalks individuals

🚫 Voice and Identity Misappropriation

Content that clones or synthesizes the voice of a real individual without consent
Content that falsely distributes synthesized voice as if it were actual speech

🚫 Intellectual Property Infringement

Copying and posting others’ copyrighted works as your own without permission
Unauthorized use of watermarked stock images
Unauthorized use of others’ trademarks or logos in a manner that causes confusion

🚫 Fraud and Deception

Content that impersonates others
Content that intentionally spreads false information
Content created for phishing, scams, or other fraudulent purposes

3. Sensitive Content (Age-Restricted)

The following content is permitted with appropriate rating labels and restrictions.

⚠️ Sensitive

Viewable without adult verification, but blurred by default and displayed with a warning.

Images with exposure such as swimwear or underwear
Mild blood or gore
Horror or grotesque imagery
Sexually suggestive but not explicit content

🔞 Adults Only

Accessible only to users who have completed adult verification. The age requirement for adult verification is 19 or older for users in Korea and 18 or older for international users.

Adult nudity (including artistic expressions)
Explicit sexual content
Excessive violence

Important: Adults Only content may be excluded from the main feed, search results, and recommendations.

4. Content Rating Labels

Please select the accurate rating when publishing your content.

Sensitive	Contains some sensitive elements	Swimwear, mild blood, horror images
Adults	Adult viewing only (19+ in Korea / 18+ international)	Nudity, sexual content, excessive violence

AI may automatically suggest a rating, but the final selection is your responsibility when uploading.
Intentionally selecting a lower rating to bypass guidelines is subject to sanctions.

5. Copyright and Rights

✅ Do This

Share your own original creations
Credit your sources when referencing others’ work
Use only commercially licensed sources
Use personal photos only if they are of yourself or you have obtained consent

❌ Don’t Do This

Don’t post others’ work as your own
Don’t use watermarked images without authorization
Don’t directly copy copyrighted characters
Don’t inappropriately depict real individuals (celebrities, politicians, etc.)

6. Healthy Community Engagement

Comments and Communication

Communicate with a constructive and respectful attitude
Spam, advertising, and meaningless repetitive comments may be removed
Harassing or threatening other users is prohibited

Follows and Likes

Artificial manipulation of follows/likes using bots or automation tools is prohibited
Engagement pods and like-for-like schemes are subject to sanctions

7. Content Promotion and Usage Consent

When you publish content, your work may be featured in the following ways:

Usage Scope:

“Featured” section within Nordy.ai
Nordy official social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.)
Nordy official blog and newsletter
Nordy promotional videos and advertising materials
Press releases and partner materials

Benefits of Consent:

Opportunity to be featured at the top of the Featured section
Promotion of your work and creator profile through official channels
Opportunity to reach more users with your work

Please Note:

Consent can be withdrawn at any time
Upon withdrawal, new usage will cease
Already published content (social media posts, etc.) will be updated according to normal rotation cycles
Your creator nickname will be credited when your work is used
Unless otherwise specified for events or rewards, no monetary compensation is provided

8. Violation Consequences

The following actions may be taken for guideline violations:

Level 2	Content removal + Feature restriction (7 days)	Repeated violations or moderate violations
Level 3	Content removal + Feature restriction (30 days)	Continued violations
Level 4	Permanent account suspension	Severe or repeated violations

Grounds for Immediate Permanent Suspension:

Uploading child sexual abuse material
Repeated uploading of non-consensual sexual images
Uploading terrorist/extremist propaganda
Creating multiple accounts to evade sanctions

For serious unlawful content such as child sexual abuse material, the account will be suspended immediately without prior notice, and evidence preservation and reporting to investigative authorities may take place in accordance with applicable laws. (Terms of Service Article 8)

9. Reporting Violating Content

If you find content that violates the community guidelines, please let us know.

Including the location of the content (such as the URL) and the reason for the violation helps with our review.

Report Processing:

Child-related or non-consensual sexual content: Prioritized review
Other reports: Reviewed in order
Measures under Article 8 may be taken depending on the review result

Repeated false reports may result in restrictions on report processing.

10. Appeals

If you disagree with a sanction, you may appeal as follows:

Contact us via email (support@nordy.ai) or customer service
Attach your reason for appeal and supporting evidence
Submit

Appeals against content sanctions may be submitted within 30 days of the sanction notification. (Terms of Service Article 18)
Appeals against account use restrictions may be submitted within 14 days of receiving the notification. (Terms of Service Article 8)
Review results will be provided within 5 business days.
One additional appeal is available after the initial review.
However, for measures regarding content falling under Article 8(2) of the Terms of Service, such as child sexual abuse material, preservation and reporting obligations under applicable laws take precedence, and an appeal does not suspend the performance of such obligations.

11. Guideline Changes

These guidelines may be updated based on service operations. Significant changes will be announced through in-service notifications and email.

(Separate) Copyright Infringement Reports and Processing

Rights holders who believe their copyrighted work has been used without authorization on our service may submit a written report including the following information:

Name, address, and contact information (phone number, email) of the rights holder or authorized agent
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (title, etc.)
Location of the infringing content (URL or other identifiable information)
A statement that the use of the content is not authorized by the rights holder, agent, or law
A statement that the report is accurate and that the reporter accepts penalties for perjury
Signature of the rights holder or authorized agent (electronic signature accepted)

Liability for False Reports

Anyone who knowingly submits false reports or false counter-notifications may be liable for damages (including attorney’s fees) resulting from such action.

The company is not liable for removing or restoring content in response to copyright infringement reports.
